Yes, I charge travel planning fees. As a travel advisor, my time and knowledge is valuable. My fees allow me to provide you with personalized service and the best client experience possible.

I handle all the heavy lifting when it comes to taking care of your travel plans and I am there for you from the beginning of the travel planning journey right through to the end of the trip upon returning home. The experience you’ll have working with a professional travel advisor is worth its weight in gold.

Of course! And I’d be happy to. If you know exactly where you want to go, that’s no problem. However, I might know of a better option that you haven’t considered. Or I might be able to make recommendations to enhance your experience. I will also take care of your booking from beginning to end so you can have a smooth experience and peace of mind while you’re on vacation.

Us travel advisors are not order takers, we are creatives that love to think outside of the box!

Though I specialize in vacations for adventurous adults, I have experience booking many different types of travel from family vacations, to cruises, to group tours, to solo backpacking trips, and the list goes on. I can still assist you with whatever your travel needs are, however, I specialize in the types of travel listed on my website as this is my area of expertise and the type of clientele I work with the most. 

One thing that is very important to me as your travel advisor is that I have access and control of your bookings in order to assist you properly if there is a snag in your travel plans (like a schedule/date change, hotel change, or cancellations).

When you book using your travel points, more often than not, I will not have access or control of your booking and, therefore, will not be able to provide travel support to you if something goes awry. For this reason, I ask that any bookings you wish to do with travel points is a booking you, the traveler, take full responsibility for.

I am happy to assist you with any reservations that are not done via points. For example, if you book your flights using Airmiles but still would like professional travel assistance booking your accommodations and car rental, I am happy to help out!

Yes, I do my best to work within a reasonable budget range. I understand that everyone has a budget in mind when planning a vacation. That is why one of my questions on my travel questionnaire/intake form is asking about your budget range.

I always strive to work within your desired budget and it is very helpful information for me to know when making suitable recommendations for your trip.

During our consultation, we will discuss your needs and wants for your trip and then also discuss your budget.
